My Service Advisor was Bo. He did an amazing job and they did it fast. They helped me with pricing and even dropped it off at my home. The video he shared with me really helped me understand what was going on with my wife's A7. I have taken my other A6 there and had the same treatment. This means a lot considering I work at a large Ford Dealership, but drive Audi's. Thank you, Bo, for the great customer service and quality workmanship.

I don’t say this lightly, they are liars and crooks. . .I brought my car in for general service and was told it needed a lot of work which I trusted them and did exactly as they advised.
Less than 50 miles / 30 days later, an issue from the work they did arose. After being told one thing originally, the next day, the issue changed and they charged me again to fix the issue they created. . .This is after keeping my car for two weeks.

Ali Jaber was my salesman. He made the process easy and fast. Ali courteous, helpful, and the nicest salesman I've ever worked with. He treated me like I was buying a high end Porsche. I love my Audi and plan on buying from Ali in 2023.

Great place to buy a car- WORST SERVICE DEPT AROUND! - They don't fix cars they break them. They ruined my leather seats and would not do anything about it. Spoke with every manager and they would not return my call until they received my bad survey to Porsche - got a call from SM Jay Tuttle only to say they make him follow up on bad surveys but there was nothing he could do.

Plain and Simple,...the Service Department cares. They went as far as pulling up "ALL" records of recalls and even talked to Porsche of North America on my behalf to keep my costs as low as possible. Lastly, they are "ALWAYS" very informative about preventive maintenance on my vehicle along with being very patient with all inspections to be at times 99.9% accurate with the proper diagnosis and solution.
if you want to be ripped off go to lavery. the "full bumper to bumper warrenty" that i was told covers everything covers very little. the issues they stated would be "taken care of" never were. if you want your money taken go to Lavery. the sales person and service manager who promised my concerns would be taken care of bascially washed their hands of my problems shortly after my purchase. i get better service from my ford and caddy dealerships. i will never buy another porsche. and to top it off after a year of ...
